Paul Grant was widely known for his acting on the big screen. Grant began his acting career appearing mainly in films, such as the drama "Beginning of the End" (1957) with Peggie Castle, "Pumping Iron" (1977) and the Mark Hamill hit action picture "Return of the Jedi" (1983). Grant worked in television around the start of his acting career with a role on "Mr. Adams and Eve" (CBS, 1956-58). He kept working in film throughout the eighties and the early 2000s, starring in the adventure "Labyrinth" (1986) with David Bowie and "The Dead" (1987) with Anjelica Huston. He also appeared in the TV special "Clancy in Close-Up" (PBS, 1991-92).
In the early 2000s through the 2010s, Grant lent his talents to projects like "The Great Race: The Ultimate Road Trip" (History, 2000-01), "Peter Pan: Return to Neverland" (2002) starring Harriet Owen and "Frownland" with Dore Mann (2008). His credits also expanded to "Closed Circuit" (2013). Grant most recently acted on "The Tunnel" (Sky Atlantic, 2013-). Paul Grant died March 19, 2023 at the age of 56.
