Dame Philippa Jill Olivier Harris, known as Pippa Harris, is a British film and television producer renowned for her significant contributions to the entertainment industry. Born on March 27, 1967, in London, England, she co-founded Neal Street Productions in 2003 alongside Sam Mendes and Caro Newling.

Harris began her career as a script editor at ITV and Channel Four before advancing to roles such as development executive at BBC Films and executive producer for BBC Drama Serials. In 2001, she became Head of Drama Commissioning for the BBC, overseeing acclaimed projects like "Daniel Deronda" and "The Lost Prince."

At Neal Street Productions, Harris has produced and executive produced numerous notable works. Her film credits include "Jarhead" (2005), "Starter for 10" (2006), "Things We Lost in the Fire" (2007), "Revolutionary Road" (2008), and the Academy Award-winning "1917" (2019). In television, she has been instrumental in bringing series like "Stuart: A Life Backwards" (2007), "Call the Midwife" (2012–present), "Penny Dreadful" (2014–2016), and "Britannia" (2018–2021) to audiences.

Beyond her production work, Harris has held esteemed positions such as Chair of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) and board member of the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. In recognition of her services to drama, she was appointed Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire (DBE) in 2015.
