Renee Montgomery is a former professional basketball player and current sports executive. She played in the WNBA, primarily as a point guard, with a career spanning from 2009 to 2020. Montgomery won two WNBA championships with the Minnesota Lynx and also played for teams like the Connecticut Sun and the Atlanta Dream.

After retiring from professional play, she made headlines by becoming part of an ownership group that purchased the Atlanta Dream in 2021, making her one of the first former players to have both played and owned a part of a WNBA team. Montgomery is also known for her activism, particularly in the areas of social justice and voting rights.
