Ricou Browning worked on a variety of projects during his entertainment career. Browning worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including "Around the World Under the Sea" with Lloyd Bridges (1965), "Flipper" with Chuck Connors (1963) and "Flipper's New Adventure" with Luke Halpin (1964). He also contributed to "Hello Down There" (1969) starring Tony Randall, "Lady in Cement" (1968) and "The Creature Walks Among Us" (1956).

In the seventies and the eighties, Browning devoted his time to various credits, such as "Lucky Lady" (1975), "Joe Panther" (1976) starring Brian Keith and "Hot Stuff" (1979) starring Dom DeLuise. He also worked on "Caddyshack" with Chevy Chase (1980). Browning had a number of different projects under his belt in the early 2000s and the 2010s, including "Law Abiding Citizen" with Jamie Foxx (2009), "Up in the Air" with George Clooney (2009) and "Killers" (2010). His credits also expanded to "Dolphin Tale" (2011) starring Harry Connick Jr. and "I Am Number Four" (2011) starring Alex Pettyfer. Browning most recently worked on the children's sequel "Dolphin Tale 2" (2014) with Harry Connick Jr.. Ricou Browning died on February 27, 2023 in Southwest Ranches, FL at the age of 93.
