Sarah Tiana

Sarah Tiana is an American comedian, writer, and actress. She first gained significant recognition for her role as Carmen in the television series "Reno 911!" and has been involved in various other projects, including writing and performing in comedy shows like "The Comedy Central Roasts" and "Chelsea Lately."

Tiana's comedy often draws on her experiences growing up in the South, and she has performed in numerous venues across the U.S., including The World Famous Comedy Store. She's also known for her work with troops, having toured military bases worldwide to perform stand-up comedy. Additionally, Tiana co-hosts two podcasts, and appears on Roku's "Women Sports Now" (2025).
