Shanna Reed

Shanna Reed is a former American actress and dancer known for playing Polly Cooper McGillis on "Major Dad." At the beginning of her acting career, Reed appeared in various dramas like "Texas" (NBC, 1979-1983) and "For Love and Honor" (NBC, 1983-84).

She also starred in the TV movies "Legs" (1982-83), "Braker" (ABC, 1984-85) and "Midas Valley" (ABC, 1984-85). She also appeared in the TV special "The Hollywood Christmas Parade" (1989-1990).

She also starred in the TV movies "The Love Boat: A Valentine Voyage" (CBS, 1989-1990) and "Coins in the Fountain" (CBS, 1990-91). Additionally, she later acted in the Robert Forster mystery "The Banker" (1989).

She also was featured in the TV movies "Moment of Truth: Stalking Back" (1993-94), "Don't Talk To Strangers" (USA, 1993-94) and "The Sister-in-Law" (USA, 1994-95). Reed most recently acted in "The Night Caller" (1998).

Reed was married to Terrence O'Hara and had one child.
