At age 15, Tracey Childs got her start in the world of acting. Childs began her career with roles in "The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie" (1978-79), "The Scarlet Pimpernel" (CBS, 1982-83) and "Deceptions" (1984-85). She went on to act in "Jane Eyre" (1984-85), "The Shell Seekers" (ABC, 1989-1990) and "Born and Bred (BBC)" (BBC 1, 2001-05). She also appeared in "Doctor Who" (BBC, 2004-). More recently, Childs acted on "Broadchurch" (BBC, 2012-).
