Wanda Cannon

Wanda Cannon is a Canadian actress and theatre director. She is most noted for her performance in the 1993 film "For the Moment," for which she received a Genie Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress at the 15th Genie Awards in 1994.

At the start of her acting career, Cannon starred in dramas like "The Last Winter" (1990) with Gerard Parkes. She had an early role on the television special "Overdrawn at the Memory Bank" (PBS, 1984-85).

Cannon worked in television around the start of her acting career with a role on "Gene Roddenberry's Andromeda" (2000-05). Her passion for acting continued to her roles in projects like the action picture "The 6th Day" (2000) with Arnold Schwarzenegger and the Robin Williams sci-fi flick "Final Cut" (2004).

She also landed a role in the miniseries "Voyage of the Unicorn" (2000-01). She also worked in television around this time, including a part on "Mysterious Ways" (2000-02). She also was featured in the TV movies "The Christmas Blessing" (2005), "Flight 93" (A&E Network, 2005-06) and "A Trick of the Mind" (Lifetime, 2005-06). Most recently, Cannon appeared in "Angel Of Christmas" (Hallmark Channel, 2015-).
